He believes in the power of community and perseverance, emphasizing collaboration as the key to success in an oversaturated scene.Daniel, co-owner and right-hand man of SuperficialPlagues, brings his years of experience as the founder and guitarist of The Fallen Prodigy, with initial inspirations drawn from bands like Bullet for My Valentine, Motionless in White, ERRA, Counterparts, The Story So Far, Killswitch Engage, and Times of Grace. To ensure a thorough review and give our full attention to the bands we feature, we will only respond to submissions that have been approved. We will not be able to respond to every submission. This helps us streamline our process and give our full attention to the artists we feature.

  • Genres: We accept submissions from bands whose music aligns with the genres on our playlists, including metalcore, hardcore, and deathcore, and all their sub-genres.

  • Quality: We only accept high-quality submissions from bands who are ready to be taken seriously and get their logos into the hands of hundreds across the nation.

  • Response: To ensure a thorough review, we will only respond to bands that have been approved.

  • Submission Link: Due to our streamlined process, we will only review submissions sent through our official submission form.

    SuperficialPlagues was founded in 2013 with a straightforward goal: to support hardworking underground bands. In the mid-2010s, tours like The Summer Slaughter Tour and Vans Warped Tour were the central hubs of heavy music culture. We started at the grassroots level, distributing promotional materials for artists on these major tours, including The Summer Slaughter Tour (2013), Of Mice & Men's Full Circle Tour (2015), and the Vans Warped Tour (2015, 2016).
